As we bid farewell to 2023, we can't help but look back on the incredible journey this year has been for all of us at The Real Estate Source. It's been a whirlwind of highs, lows, and invaluable lessons that have made us pivot and grow as a company.
We’re just getting started!
May 2023 marked a significant milestone for us—the launch of The Real Estate Source. It feels like just yesterday when I embarked on this journey, driven by the passion to support and elevate the real estate experience. When I created this company, my goal was to help brokerages, teams and real estate vendors who support this industry grow and fill in the gaps when needed. The journey from concept to reality was filled with anticipation, hard work, and the unwavering support of our growing company and team. We are so excited for 2024 and the wonderful new relationships we will develop. We began with one person in May. Since then, our team grew to an agency of four wonderful people. As needs continue to grow, so will our team!
The Highs and Lows of Launching a Business
Launching a business is a rollercoaster ride—one filled with exhilarating highs and challenging lows. From navigating uncharted territories to celebrating victories, we've experienced it all. There were moments of triumph where we witnessed our vision come to life, but there were also hurdles that tested our resilience. Each setback was an opportunity to learn, adapt, and emerge stronger than before. We're proud of the strides we've made and the lessons we've gleaned along the way.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering trust and support of our incredible clients. Your belief in us, your feedback, and your willingness to embark on this journey alongside us have been the centre focus of our growth and success. We're immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve you and be a part of your real estate endeavors. Your satisfaction and happiness drive us to continually raise the bar and exceed expectations. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank the many other people who supported the launch of this business. Your support and kind words meant so much to me over the past few months. There are a few of you that deserve a special nod and thanks. I would not be where I am without the guidance, ongoing support and friendship of these people.
