With over 20years of experience, she has held various roles at local, provincial and national levels, including with the Ontario Real Estate Association, Royal LePage Canada and Coldwell Banker Canada, formerly owned by Realogy, now Anywhere Real Estate. Melissa has led multiple national rebranding projects, and her and her team’s work has been recognized with two Canadian Marketing Association awards and Webby awards.
After two decades in corporate real estate, Melissa started her own company to provide hands-on, advisory services to clients in a personalized and customized manner. Her company offers backend marketing and operations solutions at the brokerage and enterprise levels. The company operations with the believe of collaboration over competition, and her main focus is to help support and elevate the real estate industry in Canada.
